I haven't done a polish post in a while.  In the winter I tend to wear neutral shades or one of my fav three dark shades over and over.  I was trying to think of a fun way to spice it up.  This is what I came up with:
I used Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Pink Slip (one of my favorite neutrals) and on the ring fingers I made polka dots with my white nail art pen and some small clear jewels.  I also used the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat to make it easy to do the polka dots without smudging and to secure the jewels.
Nice and neutral with a little bling!

Thanks! I think I got them at a drugstore (either CVS or Walgreens) by the press on nails.
