When it's warm out we love to grill.  But we were trying to find something new and fun to grill instead of just veggies and different meat/seafood.  I found this great step by step recipe for grilling pizza and we love it!  It's definitely a work in progress to get our pizza looking professional, but we are enjoying the practice.  Here's my best attempt at stretching the dough out:

It's definitely not as easy as I thought it would be!  Some helpful tips that I have learned: the dough needs to be chilled, if it gets too warm it's really difficult to work with, put some olive oil on it, work it back into a ball, and put it in the fridge for a little while. 

So prepare yourself....here is our finished product:

It may not be the prettiest pizza, but it was delish!  We made prosciutto and mozzarella pizza and then once it was off the grill, topped it with arugula that was tossed with olive oil and lemon juice.

If you have a grill and like pizza, I would totally recommend trying this, it's really not hard at all (minus making the pizza dough even and round), and it would be fun for an outdoor get-together!
