I did my first 5 miler today and it felt great!  So far injury free, just a little hip soreness.  I read this post on HRG and decided that even though I am not running lots of mileage yet, it might be helpful to do some slow and steady longer runs.  Since I haven't ran further then 3 miles at a time this year, I thought 5 at a slower pace would be a good goal.  And it was awesome!  I'm gonna go enjoy my runner's high
